BOOKING, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
The website inquiry is free. A booking becomes confirmed only after the final service price is approved and the 50% deposit is paid. The deposit is applied dollar-for-dollar toward the final service balance and is refundable only under the rules below.
Cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment and the full deposit is eligible for refund.
Cancel between 24 and 72 hours before the appointment and 50% of the deposit is eligible for refund.
Late cancellations and no-shows normally forfeit the deposit because the service window and travel time were reserved.
The deposit equals 50% of the final confirmed service price. It is not an additional fee. When the job is completed, the entire deposit is credited toward the final balance and only the remaining amount is due.
One reschedule requested at least 24 hours before the appointment may transfer the full deposit to the new date without penalty. A second reschedule, or a reschedule requested inside 24 hours, may be treated under the cancellation schedule above unless Tikkun approves an exception.
Weather, unsafe conditions, or an unsuitable workspace can prevent mobile detailing or coating work from being performed correctly. If Tikkun postpones the appointment for weather or safety reasons, the full deposit transfers to the new date. If Tikkun cannot offer a reasonably suitable replacement date, the customer may choose a full refund instead.
If Tikkun cancels a confirmed appointment for reasons other than a customer-caused access or vehicle issue, the customer may choose either a full deposit refund or a transfer of the full deposit to a new appointment.
Unexpected emergencies inside the normal refund window may be reviewed individually. Customers do not need to provide private medical records or unnecessary personal information. Tikkun may approve a refund, partial refund, or deposit transfer depending on the circumstances.
The vehicle must be available at the agreed location and reasonably ready for the scheduled service. A no-show, inaccessible vehicle, unavailable keys, or a customer-caused inability to begin the service may be treated as a late cancellation. If the vehicle condition materially differs from what was reasonably disclosed and changes the required scope, Tikkun will discuss the revised work and price before proceeding.
No additional correction stage, restoration work, or material price change should be performed without customer approval. If the customer declines newly identified additional work, the originally approved service may continue when practical. If the original service cannot reasonably be completed because the vehicle requires materially different work, the parties will discuss the appropriate reschedule, revised scope, or refund before work starts.
Once detailing, correction, coating preparation, or other labor has started, refunds are not determined by the advance cancellation schedule. Completed labor and used materials cannot be returned. Any concern about completed work will instead be reviewed against the approved service scope and may be addressed through correction, follow-up service, a partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever practical. Tikkun will initiate an approved refund promptly after eligibility is confirmed; the time it takes to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Email tikkundetailingservice@gmail.com, call (757) 568-8282, or reply through the booking communication you received. Include your name, appointment date, and the service booked. Refund eligibility is based on when the cancellation request is received relative to the scheduled appointment time.
If the completed service does not match the approved scope, contact Tikkun as soon as reasonably possible and provide photos when useful. The concern will be reviewed against the agreed service and an appropriate correction, follow-up, partial refund, or other resolution will be considered.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any customer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
